1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any IPlayam Media mobile application, game, streaming service, or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use and uninstall our applications immediately.

2. Scope of Services & Applications

IPlayam Media operates across three primary technology pillars:

• Mobile Utility Applications: Including Lipsrec Voice Recorder (com.lipsrecvoice.recorder), providing local audio capture in M4A (AAC) and AMR formats, background foreground-service recording, file management, and multi-lingual user interfaces.
• Interactive Gaming Development: Casual, arcade, and structured level-based games published under the IPlayam Media brand.
• Streaming & Creator Services: Audio discovery hubs, smart media routing, and companion utilities for independent artists and streamers.

3. End-User License Agreement (Google Play Store Compliance)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service, IPlayam Media grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile applications on Android devices that you own or control.

3.1 License Restrictions

You agree that you shall not:

• Copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the application source code, XML layouts, vector drawables, or compiled APK/AAB binaries.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the underlying Java/Kotlin source code of Lipsrec Voice Recorder or any other IPlayam Media title, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark (including the IPM monogram), or proprietary notices embedded within the software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application to any third party or commercial repository without prior written authorization from IPlayam Media.

4. Specific Terms for Lipsrec Voice Recorder

Lipsrec Voice Recorder (com.lipsrecvoice.recorder) is designed as a personal productivity and voice memo tool. By using the application, you acknowledge and agree to the following operational and legal responsibilities:

4.1 Lawful Audio Recording & Consent

Laws governing the recording of conversations, meetings, lectures, and ambient audio vary by country, state, and municipality (including one-party and all-party consent laws). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Lipsrec Voice Recorder complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. IPlayam Media strictly prohibits using the application for unlawful wiretapping, covert surveillance, or unauthorized recording of confidential communications.

4.2 Local Public Storage & User File Management

To protect your recordings from accidental loss if you uninstall the application, Lipsrec Voice Recorder saves recorded audio files (.m4a and .amr) directly to your device's shared public media storage inside the /Music/Lipsrec directory.

4.3 Foreground Service Operation

When you initiate a recording, the application starts a system Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_TYPE_MICROPHONE) accompanied by a persistent notification in your device's status bar. This allows you to pause, resume, or stop recordings while navigating outside the app. You may terminate recording at any time via the in-app Stop button or the notification Stop action.

5. Gaming & Streaming Services Usage Rules

When accessing IPlayam Media games, streaming portals, or B2B software solutions:

• You agree not to use cheats, automation scripts, bots, memory editors, or unauthorized third-party software to manipulate gameplay progression or streaming metrics.
• Streaming links and artist catalogs provided through our platforms are intended for lawful personal listening and creator promotion.
• If you engage IPlayam Media for custom software or game development services, project deliverables, milestones, and commercial rights will be governed by a separate written statement of work executed via support@iplayam.site.

6. User Conduct & Device Permissions

Our applications request only the minimum Android system permissions necessary to deliver core functionality (such as RECORD_AUDIO, POST_NOTIFICATIONS, and legacy storage permissions on Android 9 and below). If you deny required permissions, the application may guide you to your device's Application Settings screen so you can manually enable them if you wish to use recording features.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the website https://iplayam.site/, the brand name IPlayam, the corporate title IPlayam Media, the motto "I Play, You Play Too!", the IPM SVG emblem, and the software architecture of Lipsrec Voice Recorder are and shall remain the exclusive property of IPlayam Media.

Wait-free ownership of your personal voice recordings belongs entirely to you. IPlayam Media claims zero ownership or license over the audio files you record using Lipsrec Voice Recorder.

8. Software Updates & Target SDK Compliance

IPlayam Media periodically releases updates through the Google Play Store to enhance features, patch security vulnerabilities, and maintain compatibility with evolving Android API levels (such as Target SDK 36 and future Android releases). You agree that we may automatically deliver such updates according to your Google Play Store settings, and that these Terms will apply to all subsequent versions.

9. Third-Party Links, Play Store & WebViews

Our applications include convenience links that interact with external intents—such as opening the Google Play Store for app ratings (market://details), sharing app links via your system chooser, launching your email application for feedback, or displaying our legal documentation inside an Android WebView. IPlayam Media is not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party applications installed on your device.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ALL IPLAYAM MEDIA APPLICATIONS (INCLUDING LIPSREC VOICE RECORDER), GAMES, AND STREAMING SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IPLAYAM MEDIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that audio recording will be uninterrupted on devices that experience hardware microphone failures, exhausted storage capacity, or aggressive third-party battery-killer interventions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IPLAYAM MEDIA, ITS FOUNDERS, DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF AUDIO DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR APPLICATIONS OR WEBSITE.
